This project was designed to replace a traditional work bench for the assembly and wiring of a large electrical chassis. The assembly process requires the chassis to be turned upside down and rotated on its side several times. By designing a specialized table to hold and rotate the chassis we were able to improve the workers ergonomics and reduce the labor hours needed to assemble each unit.
