A local manufacturer contracted us to provide a solution to their packaging problem. The material handling system that we developed was a conveyor system combined with an assembly that automatically transfers a premade corrugated box to a station where two cans of product are added to the box. Once they are properly aligned in the box, they are then transferred to a taping station that completes the process. The lean concept behind this automation of this process saves our customer labor while providing a professional finished product.
