We built it by taking the design of our 2,000 LB top drive chocolate melting tank and modifying it to meet our customer\u2019s specific requirements to process butter instead of chocolate. The biggest challenge was to redesign the tank lid, motor mount and shaft for the mixer to create more open space for them to access the top of the tank.
